| In my time I have bought and sold a number of homes, and in doing so, have worked with many Realtors. Like in any other business, there are those who know their business and do their jobs and others, who simply do not. For the most part, I have always considered Realtors about one notch above car salesmen. That is of course, until I met Stan Rush.
Stan has the uncanny ability to listen to his clients and ascertain more about what they want than they do themselves. At the same time, he never pushes his clients in a direction they're reluctant to persue. Rather, he provides a wealth of information and knowledge comprised of years of experience well beyond his actual age, thereby providing his clients an educated choice. While viewing properties with his clients, Stan stays quietly in the background allowing them to take things in, for themselves, yet always there to answer any question, no matter how rediculous it may be. Stan makes you feel like he's on YOUR side. You never get the sense that someone is trying to sell you something just for the sake of making a sale. If I was to use one word to sum up Stan's committment to his clients, it would, without a doubt, be INTEGRITY. In my book Stan is definetely the Man! Tom Candela |
| Having no recent experience working with realtors, we apprehensively decided to purchase a second home for a weekend/vacation getaway presently and for future retirement. Because we had friends in NE PA, we searched the internet for realty offices and their listings in the area. Then we started dropping by realtors to meet them.
Stan impressed us with his informative, knowledgeable, low-key, friendly style. We told him we weren't in a rush and wanted a place that would strike us at the right price. Thus began a year-long relationship resulting in a property we dreamed of. We traveled with Stan many weekends viewing potential places but just not " The Property". Stan researched various realtors' website listings we communicated to him, he contacted many realtors he knew, and patiently showed us many properties. One weekend we arrived and he had added one he discovered through another realtor. When we saw the renovated farmhouse, it's barn, the property with fields/pond/woods, and the view across the valley- "This was It!" Of course, now we had to close. I had heard of other peoples' closing difficulties, but not with Stan coordinating, arranging things. We were in the house in record time-nice, easy, and no glitches. When Stan asked if we would write a testimonial, my first thought was how could I write to give his customers a flavor as to how our experience went, how Stan worked with us, and how satisfied we were. If you're reading this you are on Stan Rush's website so scroll down to the bottom of his homepage to the last bolded line. "...You do have a friend..." can best sum up our feelings.
